By accessing or using this website ("Site", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Description of Service

The Site provides automated Vedic astrology calculations based on the date, time and place of birth you supply. Depending on the tool used, this may include:

• Rasi (D-1) and Navamsa (D-9) birth charts
• Lagna (Ascendant), Nakshatra (birth star) and planetary positions
• Vimshottari Dasa Bhukti timelines and Panchangam highlights
• Dosha flags such as Mangal (Kuja) Dosha and Rajju Dosha
• Marriage compatibility (Porutham) matching between two charts
• Downloadable/printable Jathagam charts in image or PDF form

Charts are presented in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam where supported, alongside English labels.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor (for example, generating a child's Jathagam), you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorised to provide that person's birth details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your use of the Site and for all activity carried out through your session.

4. Birth Data You Provide

To generate a chart, you must supply an accurate date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information. Incorrect or approximate birth details (particularly birth time) can materially change the Ascendant, house placements, Dasa periods and matching results generated. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate data entered by you.

5. Astrological Disclaimer

All content on this Site is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. Vedic astrology, Jathagam readings, Dosha flags, and Porutham matching scores are traditional belief systems and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or marital advice.

You should not make major life, health, financial or marriage decisions based solely on the output of this Site. We make no guarantee, warranty or representation — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness or predictive value of any chart, Dosha, Dasa period or matching score generated.

6. Daily Usage Limits

To keep this Service free and available to everyone, chart generation and matching requests are subject to a daily usage quota per day (as displayed on the Site, e.g. on the homepage usage indicator). Once the daily limit is reached, requests will be paused until the quota resets. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading or another person's birth data without their consent
• Attempt to bypass, automate, scrape or overload our daily usage limits or API endpoints
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Site's underlying calculation systems
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or make decisions that discriminate against any individual
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful or infringing content through the Site

8. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, charts, graphics, text, code and branding are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Jathagam chart generated for your own birth details is yours to save, print and share for personal and family use. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute the Site's design, templates or underlying software for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Planetary positions and ephemeris calculations are computed using a third-party astrology calculation API (using the Lahiri Ayanamsha). We are not responsible for temporary unavailability, rate limits, or calculation errors originating from this or any other third-party service that our Site relies upon.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including but not limited to decisions made in reliance on chart results, matching scores, or Dosha flags. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the daily usage limits, or attempts to compromise the security or availability of the Service, without prior notice.
